These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ssmandcompany.in (the "Website"), managed and operated by SSM AND COMPANY (Raymond Shop) along with our commercial processing affiliate Vividbloom Enterprises Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing the Website, submitting enquiries, booking tailoring appointments, or purchasing textiles from our retail outlet, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. About the Business & Raymond Association

SSM AND COMPANY is an authorized retail partner and showroom operator with a heritage of over 60 years associated with Raymond. We retail 100% genuine Raymond suiting and shirting fabrics and provide bespoke tailoring and made-to-measure suiting services.

Raymond is a registered trademark of Raymond Limited. SSM AND COMPANY operates retail store outlets under authorized commercial distribution agreements.

2. Website Content & Accuracy

• All fabric swatches, colours, compositions, and textures showcased on the Website or catalogue are illustrative representations. Actual fabric appearance may slightly differ due to display lighting and monitor color calibrations.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, catalogue offerings, and store hours without prior notification.
• Submitting an enquiry form via the Website does not create a binding sales contract until confirmed by our retail staff.

3. Communication, Calling & SMS Terms

By checking the consent box on our contact/enquiry forms, you explicitly authorize communication under the following terms:

• You verify that the mobile number and email address submitted are registered in your name and accurate.
• You may withdraw your consent for promotional messages at any time by replying STOP to SMS or contacting us at ssmandcompanybgm@gmail.com.

4. Bespoke Custom Tailoring Policies

• Measurements & Fittings: Bespoke garments are individually crafted to measurements provided or taken at our showroom. Customers are encouraged to attend a trial fitting before final finishing.
• Fabric Cutting: Once fabric lengths are cut from showroom bolts for a custom order, cancellations or fabric exchanges cannot be entertained.
• Alterations: Minor fitting adjustments are provided as part of our bespoke tailoring commitment within reasonable timeframes after delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All website text, layout design, graphics, custom vector icons, and branding elements are the property of SSM AND COMPANY or their respective licensors and are protected under copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial mirroring is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, SSM AND COMPANY and Vividbloom Enterprises Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use this Website or third-party telecommunication delays.
